Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art, Forum, 4th Floor

In conjunction with the exhibition Reflections on the Electric Mirror: New Feminist Video, community organizations screen their youth-produced films. FIERCE's Fenced OUT documents the struggle of queer youth of color to save the Christopher Street pier from redevelopment. Global Action Project's Crossed Lines, Three Queer Mice, and America’s Next Top Immigrant address the social pressures and gender expectations placed on teenagers. Post-screening discussion with organizations’ youth and staff follows.
