2–2 pm
Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
A.I.R. Gallery, The Feminist Art Project, and the Institute for Women and Art co-present a discussion exploring how contemporary women artists make use of a variety of new technologies in their work. The discussion will also address how digital technologies, medical technologies, and Internet-based programs and projects have changed how we see gender, sex, and the body itself. Moderated by Ferris Olin and Kat Griefen, the panel will include Muriel Magenta, Yael Kanarek, Bang Geul Han, and Gayle Salamon. Free with Museum admission.
