BrooklyNites Jazz: Linda Oh

Born in Malaysia, raised in, Perth, Western Australia, bassist-composer Linda Oh performs a variety of new compositions alongside James Muller (guitar), Ben Wendel (tenor saxophone), and Ted Poor (drums). Oh has performed with the likes of Dave Douglas, Kenny Barron, Steve Wilson, Fabian Almazan, and Joe Lovano.
This event is presented in partnership with WBGO 88.3 FM and hosted by Rob Crocker. A sensory tour of Mickalene Thomas: Origin of the Universe will precede the program at 6 p.m. Museum and WBGO members receive free admission; please call the Membership Hotline at (718) 501-6326 for reservations.
The Museum remains open every Thursday until 10 p.m., allowing visitors to linger later in the galleries and enjoy exciting evening programs.
