Film Screening: The Outs
Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
Conceived and directed by Adam Goldman, The Outs is a web series written, produced, and edited in Brooklyn. Largely a collaborative, community-based project, the series follows a freelance writer, his ex-boyfriend, and their friends as they navigate love, employment, and life in the city. The Outs is shot on location in local Brooklyn businesses, with a soundtrack by local musicians, and is fully funded by Kickstarter campaigns. Cash bar and small bites will be available. Tickets are available at the door or online at www.museumtix.com.
The Museum remains open every Thursday until 10 p.m., allowing visitors to linger later in the galleries and enjoy exciting evening programs.
