Teacher Leadership Program: “Refresh/Reinvigorate”

Thursday, October 9, 2014

4–6:30 pm

Education Division, 1st Floor

Let’s usher in a new school year with a chance to refresh and reinvigorate our teaching. We’ll spend time visiting the fall exhibitions Crossing Brooklyn: Art from Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, and Beyond and Killer Heels: The Art of the High-Heeled Shoe and learn about, brainstorm, and share creative teaching ideas for an inspiring year ahead.

This monthly series of free workshops helps teachers engage with the collections and exhibitions. It’s open to K–12 educators in all subject areas who want to indulge their creative spirits. Come at 4 p.m. for coffee and conversation; we’ll begin promptly at 4:30.

Please register in advance by email or phone (718) 501-6228.
