This year, the Brooklyn Museum Fund for African American Art will celebrate its annual gala by honoring the Ford Foundation for its commitment to the Museum and its steadfast belief in the transformational power of the arts to create a more just society. Darren Walker, President of the Ford Foundation, will receive the award.
