I'm not quite sure what to think, but I suppose thats the point. Thinkning about what to think enlightens even the darkest minds.

This is an extremely painful show. I felt faint during much of it. I absolutely declare proudly myself as a feminist artist, and yet was struck by the repetition of ideas and the stuck nature of being female. I recently viewed the WACK show in LA and must say, the combination of shows leaves me pining for hopeful work by younger women artists and is influencing me strongly to begin making work that offers a joyous feminine subjectivity. Where is that? Thank you, women, for telling your story. I look forward to working with all of you to contribute. amen amen amen amen and peace

I am so glad that this museum has dedicated a space to the investigation of global feminism with the medium of art. After studying feminist gender and sexuality studies at Cornell University visiting this made my studies and experience more meaningful. Glad there is a place that is displaying very talented, meaningful work that investigates various issues within feminist theory. BRILLANT!!!!
