I found this museum to be very interesting. Each work of art is informative. I was forced to go here from my professor, but I now realized how cool art is. : )

Wonderful exhibitsThe black and dark plum are very effective, dramatic, but there needs to be better illuminatiuon of the signs

very fascinating exhibit that invokes a lot of questions _ the artistic, aesthetic beauty of teh items displayed is breathtaking. On the other hand is it morally correct to display sacred items of an ancient culture in a secular space? I am not sure the exhibit reflects the curators struggles with this question in creating this great exhibit, perhaps there can be a section that tells us, the audience, how the curating team addressed these kinds of questions in telling the history of the Egyptian people.

It might be of interest to peg these artifacts to other world historic events--e.g. the Exodus, King David, Alexander the Great. Excellent commentary and insight.
