This was very high-quality work. I liked the difference in view when one would stand far away versus up close.

I came to realize that, halfway through the exhibit, that you could come back to this exhibit 10 times, and you would ALWAYS see something incredibly different about these bewildering works of spectacular art. Otherwise, I find myself completely speechless.

I've never heard of Fred Tomaselli before,and I had no idea that he used lots pills and buttons in his paintings.

the work in the fore part of the gallery was lame. art that is good enough to hang in museum should be able to convey an emotion the artist felt. you should feel the artist's investment in the piece. there was no doubt labor put into these pieces, but no feeling. they looked like scratch magic or stationary. the NY times covers were redeeming. i enjoyed them.

i think that it is interesting how he used the same thing but from a different bird to create the image on another bird
