Community: Brooklyn Museum at The Commons on Flickr

flickr

The Brooklyn Museum has joined other institutions sharing their photo collections at The Commons on Flickr. The Commons was launched by Flickr to share the collections of cultural institutions worldwide and to make historical photos more accessible to a global community. Per Flickr, "The key goals of The Commons are to firstly give you a taste of the hidden treasures in the world's public photography archives, and secondly to show how your input and knowledge can help make these collections even richer." Read more about our membership in The Commons at our blog.
