Blodeuwedd
Mythic, worshipped in Wales, exact dates uncertain

Blodeuwedd appears in The Mabinogion (circa 1060–1200), a collection of medieval Welsh stories. She is created out of flowers as a wife for Lleu Llaw Gyffes, but has an affair with Goronwy. Blodeuwedd and Goronwy kill Lleu, but he is restored by his mother, Arianrhod, who then kills Goronwy and turns Blodeuwedd into an owl. She was worshipped as the goddess of spring, but also of life and death.
