Escalator

Escalator

Lucinda Luvaas. Escalator, 2011.

Description:
Escalator, is a relief painting. I've been exploring more movement with the background imagery and the interplay between the dark relief elements and the lighter swirling background. Movement and energy are becoming more and more important to me. This is the life force within us and I want to capture it and hold it for a while before it slips away to go elsewhere.

Medium:
Mixed Media
