The Summer Teacher Institute is a five-day collection-based academic course for teachers of all grade levels and subject areas, providing a sequence of seminars led by a variety of Museum staff. Teachers are responsible for independent reading related to the topic, as well as creating a new lesson plan for use in the Museum or classroom.
