Education: Teacher Resource Binders

Teacher Resource Binders include a selection of color images (transparencies or slides), contextual information about works of art, questions for viewing, and activity ideas that promote the integration of the Brooklyn Museum’s permanent collections with school curricula. Resource Binders can be used to support K–12 instruction in the classroom or at the Museum. Introduces sixteen key works from the Museum’s American paintings collection, with an introductory letter offering suggested uses for the images and background information on each work and artist represented. ($15)
