Exhibitions: Click! A Crowd-Curated Exhibition: Terms of Service

Yes! I want to be part of Click! A Crowd-Curated Exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum, and so –

While I’m holding on to all copyright to my material, the Brooklyn Museum can have and keep a free license to display and archive my submission on the web and in the Museum, and refer to them in promotional and educational materials. I’ll be happy to respond to any requests from the Museum for the exhibition.

I promise that what I submit is entirely my creation, and there isn’t anyone else who thinks any part of it is his or hers. If that happens, I’ll take care of it – it won’t be the Museum’s problem.

For sure I won’t submit, upload or post anything that:

I know that the Museum will make all decisions about the exhibition, both online and in the Museum, and it’s okay with me that the Museum print and display my submission in the Museum itself if it is chosen for the final showing. I understand the premise of the exhibition and how it will work – and think it’s cool!

I agree that the Museum may use my name in conjunction with the exhibition and my submission if I check the attribution box on the registration page, but I understand that no matter what the initial stages of the exhibition will be anonymous.

By selecting the Terms of Service box on the registration page, I agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
