Catalogue Description: Small lapis lazuli seal or amulet in the form of an ape seated upon a flat base. There is an eyelet on the ape’s back. The ape’s tail curved around to the right on the top of the base. The base is straight-edged in front and rounded in the rear. On the bottom of the base is inscribed a cartouche containing the name of King Apries. Condition: Left knee, part of lower left leg and upper left leg, part of left forearm and hand missing; black incrustation on back of head.
