Catalogue Description:
Fragment of a pottery funerary cone. The core of the piece is black. The clay around the black is a deep red which turns to a brick red at the surface. There is a stamped inscription which is much worn.The inscription seems to read "The Fourth Priest of Amun, Neferhotep, true [...] of voice.” Condition: Tip missing; much of surface is worn away.
