Catalogue Description:
Serving fork. Stainless steel and Lucite. The stainless steel, shallow fork has one center line cut out of the circular base. The applied, cylindrical handle is attached to the base through an insertion into a slit on the handle. The lower ¼ of the handle is stainless steel that curves up and then levels out. The upper ¾ of the handle is a clear plastic and is smaller in diameter than the metal section. The plastic section is inserted into the stainless steel handle. It is possible that this item and also 208.26b-e are examples of the Englishtown Cutlery line. (See Hennessey) CONDITION: Very good condition. Some discoloration. Small chip to Lucite at end of handle. Minor scratches, due to use, on stainless steel
