Catalogue Description:
Vase, white-bodied porcelain with gilt and polychrome decoration, flattened circular body raised on four brown and gilt molded scroll feet; the body molded with a central scene of a bronzed and gilded monkey sitting on a flowering tree against a yellow ground within a red and gilt foliate pattern; a pierced and serrated applied molded border on each side of the three openings on top; the reverse central scene molded and decorated in a similar but abbreviated fashion. Condition: Very good
