Catalogue Description:
Grey glazed round plate with polychrome decoration of a pheasant. Grey glaze plate, background of a tree and river/marsh scene, in foreground a tall, large, brown pheasant with feathers outlined in gold, to right of pheasant is a blue leaf plant with gold flowers, top of plate, extending across width of plate is a branch with green leaves and white and pink flowers and two small green birds sitting on the branch; outer rim with thin gold band.
