Catalogue Description:
Pair of gold earrings, loop a twisted gold wire tapering at one end to single gold wire for attachment. At other end is hollow bull’s head, originally with inlaid eyes. Joining of loop and head covered by gold cone with long swags of an applied gold wire imitating granulated work. Details of head in repousse; loop under the mouth. Condition: General condition good, eyes probably were garnets and are now missing. Head slightly dented. Average workmanship.
