Catalogue Description:
Aesthetic Movement style folding armchair of walnut and metal with original upholstery. Square seat with applied open fretwork to each side. Front seat rail with recessed plush textile of alternating red and light green diagonals. Raised square olive green plush upholstered seat with landscape scene of arched low circular tower. Square back with applied open fretwork to top, bottom, and upper sides. Vertical recessed plush on front of back stiles as on seat rail. Horizontal recessed plush at top and bottom of back with red florettes on light green ground. Flat rectangular armrests with recessed plush with red florettes on light green ground. Inward curved front legs with inset plush as on front seat rail; inward curved supports of armrest with similar recessed plush. CONDITION: Good overall condition, upholstery dirty.
