Catalogue Description:
Small rather crude figurine of reddish brown pottery, representing a young elephant (?). Legs stumpy forelegs and hindlegs joined without any separation. Hindpart of body higher. Very short tail. Ears or horns crudely indicated. No neck. Head long and painted. Probably a toy. Condition: Intact, except for slight chipping at right hind leg.
