Blue blown glass vase with applied glass decoration and opalescent gold, green, and purple glaze. Body is ovoid shape, pinched in at collar, then widens out to cylindrical neck and round mouth; thick interior walls. Applied rounded leaf forms encircle the bottom third of the vase.
