Catalogue Description:
"Heirloom" silverplate sugar bowl (a) and lid (b), wooden accents. Sugar bowl (a) has flat ovoid base, slightly bulging body, and swooping top edge at ovoid opening; two opposing handles, each is a wooden cylinder that tapers in at center, joined to body with curving metal struts that cap the top and bottom ends of handle. Conforming, slightly concave lid with wooden cylindrical finial that flares out at top.
CONDITION: Good, some light scratches around sugar bowl and loss of finish around top of finial.
