Catalogue Description:
White milk glass molded into the shape of Uncle Sam's hat, with applied blue paint. Hat has tall cylindrical crown with flat top; sides taper toward brim and are molded with vertical stripes; molded hat band with stars. Brim turned up slightly on sides. Blue paint applied on brim and hat band. CONDITION: Fair; scratches and losses in blue paint, especially around hat band.
