Catalogue Description:
Dark grey, fine grained granite statue base with striding feet, left forward, from a male sculpture. Inscribed on top, in front of right foot, facing observer, with four columns of text containing an address to Amenhotep, son of Hapu, in favor of healing the two eyes of a daughter of Psamtik I named Meret-neith in his 37th regnal year. Condition: Fragmentary; chipped in numerous places; no part of back pillar preserved.
