CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Cake server with a plain elongated trapezoidal blade with a blunted curved narrow end. Transitional knopped neck to hollow handle with identical molded decoration front and back. End of handle with slightly bulbous arch with five anthemion/floral motifs in heart-shaped frames arranged in arch. Below is dense field of realistically molded flowers and leafy branches and small fruits against a stippled ground with undecorated side areas. CONDITION - Good original condition. Slight overall scratching on blade. Plate loss on knop of neck front and back and along exposed edge of collar between neck and handle.
