CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Statue of young boy in contrapposto pose; figure looks upward and is naked except for cloth that he holds in front of abdomen with proper right hand and drapes around back and over left shoulder; proper left hand gestures outward from side of body; figure has chin-length bob of wavy hair; rectangular support behind proper left leg with garland of flowers strung across front; figure stands on square plinth attached to low conforming base. Condition: Fair; thumb and index finger of proper left hand lost; corners of plinth broken off.
