Who is the artist?

This panel was created by Dorothy Hafner in 2006. Hafner works in multiple media including glass and ceramics; the types of abstract shapes you see here are typical of all of her work.

Why is this piece called "Tango"?

Hafner has said, "My studio is my garden." I think that this title "Tango in the Garden" alludes to how she felt or what she was thinking about when she designed it.
