Catalogue Description: Circular medal. Obverse: Seated female figure with young boy holding rolled plans at knee and wheel, mallet, and other implements at feet; legend in relief at bottom, "FOUNDED 1795. / INC. 1806." Reverse: Legend in relief around edge, "THE MASS. CHARITABLE MECHANIC ASSOCIATION," in center "AWARDED / TO" and engraved inscription, "Worcester Corset Co. / for / exhibit of corsets. / EXHIBITION OF / -1895-"
