    CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Hard brown stone (probably limestone) figure of a lion lying on oblong base. Head turned to front, right paw crossed over left one. Tail curled around haunch. Not pierced. Made as amulet. Condition: Perfect. Surface polished.
