- Catalogue Description: Brush Rest, in the shape of five wave-washed mountain peaks, the highest of which is in the center. Hollow cast bronze, once gilded, but with the gilding now largely worn off. There are holes near the top of two peaks, a third hole in one of the valleys, and the surface of the bronze is pitted and colored a dark green where not covered by the gilding.
