Markings: Impressed on underside, from top to bottom: (1) Rectangular stamp with rounded top edge: in center, eagle with spread wings holding branch and bunch of arrows in its claws, with American shield over its body; framed by "THOMAS" around top rounded edge and "BADGER" across bottom edge. (2) "BOSTON" in partially struck rectangular stamp with serpentine flourish below.

Catalogue Description: Large round, shallow, highly polished pewter plate with wide rim that turns up slightly at rounded edge. CONDITION: Good; few heavy pit marks and some light scratches around center and rim; few spots of discoloration.
