CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION Golden bee or golden fly. The dorsal side is formed in repousse; the ventral side is flat and without decoration. Both dorsal and ventral sides are made of separate sheets of gold, and are fastened to a gold wire. Attached to the ventral side are two eyelets (each is a gold tube). Condition: Left wing tip broken off; small dents.
