Description Candlestick composed of large, disk-like chromed-iron base from which rises a thin, straight chromed steel shaft, ringed by plastic decorative elements. Atop the base, around the shaft is a flat plastic, amber-colored disk, surmounted by a clear plastic sphere, which is in turn surmounted by two darker amber cylinders separated by metal bands. The shaft rises to carry a chrome plated steel bôbeche composed of a disk carrying a narrow cylinder. CONDITION: Overall good with some small scratches and dents to metal rings separating plastic parts, as well as wear to edges of bases. Both bobeches may have been machine-polished recently. Construction has shaft screwing through base. Clearly the sticks were disassembled. The metal cylinder that fits between the sphere and the shaft may be in upside down. It is not certain if there should be space at the top or bottom of this fitting; the space is currently at the bottom.
