| Description | Sauce boat, silver. Deep oval bowl with flared, serrated rim and long, wide pouring lip on three cast cabriole legs with shell-shaped pads at juncture and hoof feet; double-scroll handle extended above rim with modified acanthus grip. CONDITION - Marks worn. Legs pushed in somewhat, some probable repair around proper right rear leg. Small deep dent in bowl at 1:00 near center. Long shallow dent near spout to the right and several small dents on front of boat, sides and rear of boat. Normal wear and scratches. |
