Description Lathe-turned stool made of walnut (planks glued together both horizontally and vertically). Round seat scooped out in center to conform to human body; on underside, tapers down to pedestal. Pedestal consists of a continuous shaft and base; shaft has three lathed sections of thick round disks that extend to point at center; circular base flares out toward floor and has rounded edge. CONDITION: Good; minor scuffs and scratches all over, especially around seat and base.
