Description Sherbet glass (a) and plate (b), part of a nine-piece setting, "St. Tropez" pattern. Colorless hand-blown glass with hand cut and hand engraved decoration. (a) Dome-shaped bowl, round squat stem with one sharp edged collar, thick disc shaped base. Cut decoration consisting of diagonal straight lines forming large diamonds around side of bowl. Single engraved circle at top of each diamond and three graduated circles suspended from bottom. Broad engraved band going around bowl at top of diamonds. (b) Circular shape plate, deep slanting rim, cut decoration consisting of diagonal straight lines forming large diamonds around the rim border. Single engraved circle at the top of each diamond and two graduated circles suspended from bottom. Broad etched band around rim on top of diamonds. Condition: Excellent
