Abstract: Letter re expedition abroad to acquire and examine objects, including purchases of bull fighter costume in Spain, dolls and textiles in Vienna, carved wooden hand stamps for printing on textiles and pottery in Slovakia, Negro art for the museum exhibition in London and Paris, Congo sculpture in Brussels; meeting with art collector Mr. Barnes who agreed to lend recently purchased African art for exhibition.
