Abstract: Letter from Budapest. Culin acknowledges receipt of Fox's letter of August 22; notes that African exhibition is well thought of; his return is delayed by an infection in his arm that had put him in grave danger; speaks of friends made in Budapest and purchases of objects in Bratislava and Pistyan.
