Quick Facts for Scheduling a Catered Meal

• All prices are based on a 20-person minimum.
• Reservations for meals must be made at least three weeks in advance.
• Final payment, menu selections, and guest count are due two weeks in advance. The due date will be noted on your confirmation letter.
• Guests will be counted at the event, and client will be billed for the amount in attendance if higher than final guaranteed amount.
• Groups who choose Brooklyn Museum catered meals will enjoy a leisurely one-hour seating surrounded by original artworks in a semi-private dining area. The Brooklyn Museum reserves the right to change luncheon location in the event of a scheduling conflict.
• All meals are served buffet-style and are self-serve.
• All packages include high-quality paper and plastic. China, silverware, and glassware are available upon request, please inquire for pricing.
• Paper tablecloths are an additional $5 per table. Tables seat a maximum of eight people.

All packages include waitstaff. Additional labor charges will apply to groups of 40 or more. Additional labor charges will also apply to all weekend events as well as events scheduled after 6 p.m. on weekdays. Labor charges range from $250–$350 per staff member. Restaurant Associates has the right to determine staffing needs based on group size and menu.
