Ground yourself and decompress with us, as we begin each week leading up to the presidential election with art and a guided sound meditation. We’ll begin with a close look at one work of art in our collection, setting our intentions around themes such as environmental justice and civic engagement. Then, sound therapy practitioner and musician Nate Martinez of NTM Sound hosts a sound bath, where participants are invited to relax and engage with meditation through the practice of deep listening.
