The Brooklyn Rail celebrates the release of Grapes and the Wind (Las Uvas y el Viento) (Spuyten Duyvil press, 2018), by Pablo Neruda, newly translated into English by Michael Straus. A conversation between Straus and Phong Bui, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of The Brooklyn Rail, is followed by a poetry reading in Spanish and English with Ralph Lemon, María José Giménez, Alfred MacAdam, Rebekah Smith, and others to be announced. Books will be available for purchase and signing afterward.
Free with Museum general admission, but please RSVP (purchase tickets for David Bowie is separately).
