F.A.M. (Family Art Magic)
Sunday, January 6, 2019
11 am–12:15 pm and 1:30–2:45 pm
Meet in the Rubin Lobby, 1st Floor
In our Family Art Magic classes, the magic word is collaboration. Children ages 4 to 6 and their adult companions can explore together to discover the world through art, play fun gallery games, and create their own masterpieces in the studio.
In our winter classes, we’re exploring the Museum through lenses of art and community. This week, our theme is “knowing your neighbors.” We'll visit work by Romare Bearden in Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power, then create a collage art project.
Join us for one session or stay for the whole season—each day is a new adventure! Registration is now open for winter term and for single-day classes. Members receive a discount on all classes. To receive the Member code, email membership@brooklynmuseum.org with your full name and Member ID. Not a Member? Join today!
