2–2 pm
Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
Connect with the wide variety of styles that defined French music at the turn of the twentieth century, including pieces by Debussy, Ravel, and Saint-Saëns, during this concert by St. Luke’s Chamber Orchestra entitled "Spin Paris." The program also features the world premiere of a new work by Sean Shepherd, who incorporates a distinctly French sensibility.
Join us before or after the performance for one of our Express Tours making connections between art in the Museum and the music on the program. There will be two tours, one preceding the concert at 1 p.m. and one directly following it. Tickets are $35; $25 for Museum Members; $10 rush tickets are available for students. To purchase tickets, visit www.oslmusic.org or call (212) 594-6100.
