Join Museum Educator Keonna Hendrick for a free, 10-minute talk on Kara Walker’s Burning African Village Play Set with Big House and Lynching, which is included in the installation Unfolding Tales: Selections from the Contemporary Collection. This work was selected by Jim Marshall, widow of Norma Marshall, to be featured this evening. Ms. Marshall will be honored at the 7 p.m. Norma Marshall Memorial Lecture, featuring artist Senga Nengudi.
