Performance: Harmony Holiday

Thursday, May 30, 2019

5–6 pm

Great Hall, 1st Floor

Poet and choreographer Harmony Holiday performs an interdisciplinary work in Eric N. Mack's textile painting installation Lemme walk across the room. The piece stages legendary poet and playwright Amiri Baraka's 1963 short story Screamers and enacts an intergenerational meditation on Black style, gesture, and solidarity.
