The correct spelling of this name is PERNETTE DU GUILLET.
A writer of Neoplatonic and Petrarchan love poems, Pernette du Guillet belonged to a circle of writers in Lyon—a crossroads of humanist learning in the sixteenth century—that included Louise Labé and Maurice Scève. Her works, most of which survive, were published posthumously in a volume entitled Rymes in 1545.
