The work is very brilliant in color and extremely original in the use of certain motifs, showing the influence of other subjects in the study courses such as history, geography and literature studied at the same time.
The exhibition was planned by Miss Edith L. Nichols, Assistant Art Director in the city schools and the following committee of supervisory special art teaches: Margaret A. Connor, Marguerite N. Weyn, Jeanne A. Nygren, Ernestine C. Rice and Mary F. Thompson.
